Okay, this one’s the ultimate classic casserole experience, with some Mexicano in it. Perfect for a huge gathering and for that burst of flavors, there’s a lot to talk about this one.

Simply start by sauteing chopping peppers and onions until tender. Once you see the brown spots on your veggies, add ground beef and mix it up with a ladle in smaller pieces. You can add any spice you want, but make sure the taco seasoning is the highlight here. Turn off the heat, and take out the extra fat by slightly tilting the pan.

You can sprinkle some chili powder, ground cumin, and flour, along with taco seasoning, and make sure you cook it for about a minute. Finally, add topping, black beans, lots of salsa, and 1/4 cup of water. With the hard part over, take a lightly greased pan and place flour tortillas. Add your beef sauce, a quarter of cheese, and some creamed corn, and repeat the process. Put them in a 400-degree oven for about 30 minutes, and voila! Your easy spring recipe is here.

Shrimp Taco Bowls for a Healthy Spring Mix Salad

Salads are never supposed to feel boring! And, with some shripiness, crunchy leaves, and oh—that sauce, you are going to love this version of spring salad. Start by taking a medium bowl and adding honey, salt, adobo sauce, and cumin. In this marinate, add your shrimps, toss them around, and let them be for about 30 minutes.

Place a skillet on heat and add oil. Add the marinated shrimp and saute them until they are opaque. This would take about 3-4 minutes. For the salad bedding, which will be lime rice, melt butter on a skillet. Add rice, lime juice, and salt, and cook for about a minute. Add two cups of water and let it all boil. After a boil, let it all sit on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Shawarma Spring Recipes: Sheet-Pan Edition

Yummy? Check. Flavorful?? Check. Easy??? And, check! This one definitely checks all the boxes. The perfect easy spring recipe for weekend night dinner, it comes with all the zest, juices, and spice.

Start by adding lemon zest, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, tomato paste, turmeric, cinnamon, oil, salt, and yogurt in a bowl. Mix it well and add chicken. You can add shredded chicken too! Let it all marinate for 30 minutes.

Until then, whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic, oil, and yogurt in another bowl and refrigerate until use. Take another bowl and add cucumbers, lots of salt, parsley, and tomatoes, and put that in the refrigerator. Finally, set your oven to 425. Take a large baking sheet, and arrange the chicken along with some wedged onions on each layer. Oven it out for 25 minutes or until you feel it is cooked. Top the entire thing with tahini yogurt sauce and cucumber, and enjoy with pita bread.

Party Chicken & Spring Mix Salads

This one is super easy to make, and you can bring all that sass to these spring recipes. Start by arranging your oven at 400. Grease your baking dish lightly. Next, add 2 tbsp of oil to a skillet, place over medium heat, and add panko. Stir until brown and add salt and pepper.

Until then, take a small bowl and whisk mayonnaise, chives, mustard, and sour cream, along with salt and pepper. Take the chicken pieces and dip them in this sauce, coating all sides, and place them on your baking dish. Add the remaining sauce on top of the placed chicken, if you’re left with any.

Add some greens for that spring mix salad touch to a serving plate and bake the chicken at 165 till about 30 minutes.

Shrimp Burgers as Easy Spring Recipes

Okay, this one is just worth getting your hands dirty for. Plus, they have some of the best appetizers all placed inside. Pulse shrimp, ginger, scallions, garlic, panko, garlic, and 1 egg and season the mix with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into burger patties and place them in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

Till you wait, take a large bowl, add cabbage, carrots, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili sauce, and mix it all up. Take different bowls, and add whisked egg, corn flour, and coconut flakes in those bowls. Add your shrimp patty in cornstarch, followed by a dip in egg, and lastly in coconut flakes. Make sure that the patty is dipped on both sides. Cook your patties in the oven, fryer, or air fryer.

Take buns and layer them with a sweet chili mayo and add your patty along with some sauce you just made.
